Returns & Refunds
RETURNS:
The following criteria must be met for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping):
* Refund request must be received within 15 days of purchase
* Return item(s) must be accompanied by the original invoice
* Item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition
* Original tags must be attached
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
1. Fill out the Return Request Form by clicking here
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email from Customer Service with instructions and a prepaid shipping label
3. Pack your item(s), be sure to include the original invoice and that all items being returned have the original tags attached
4. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to the package
5. Drop it off at your local post office

A few other things you should know:
* There is a $5.00 return processing fee
* Please allow up to two weeks for return processing
* Unless otherwise specified, refund will be tendered to original form of payment
* Personalized items cannot be returned
