Can I make a return?

Where do you ship?

At this time, we only offer shipping to the continental United States and Puerto Rico.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Product delivery varies depending on shipping method selected at checkout. Packages ship out up to 48 hours from order confirmation, so please keep that in mind when requesting expedited shipping.

Can I buy a gift card?

At this time, we are not offering e-gift cards. This is a service we look forward to adding in the near future.

Do you offer customization options?

At this time, Poderium does not offer product customization/monogramming.
